 Our value-based pharmacotherapy concierge services are in three tiers based on the service needs, and demand a premium, transparent, and competitive pricing structure that reflects the high-touch nature, quality of service, and outcomes we deliver. Below is a detailed pricing framework for the regions we currently serve.

                                                     Pharmacotherapy Concierge Service Levels 

 All Tiers:  Initial free consultation & care planning, ongoing patient, provider, family & caregiver education, anytime-tier-changes as needed, ad hoc services as needed  

Core Tier (Basic Concierge Services)

Annual Fee - $9,500

Covers - Unlimited   consults, biannual reviews, direct phone/device access to pharmacist (in addition to initial free consultation & care planning, ongoing patient, provider, family & caregiver education, anytime-tier-changes as needed, ad hoc services when needed).  

Premium Tier (Mid-level Concierge Services)

Annual Fee - $12, 000

Covers -  Core + quarterly in-home visits, advanced medication analytics, hospital/Emergency Room visits or consults (in addition to initial free consultation & care planning, ongoing patient, provider, family & caregiver education, anytime-tier-changes as needed, ad hoc services when needed). 

Executive Tier (Prime Concierge Services) 

Annual Fee - $15,000

Covers - Premium + 24/7   direct line, unlimited home visits, real time provider visit consults, VIP coordination, genetic testing (in addition to initial free consultation & care planning, ongoing patient, provider, family & caregiver education, anytime-tier-changes as needed, ad hoc services when needed).  

Although our concierge services offer the most value and high-touch engagement per designated preferences, we offer a variety of distinct and complementary medication related services on an ad hoc or as needed basis. You will still receive a free consultation and comprehensive care plan that enables you to optimize your health outcomes and access all our free educational services and tools, as well as special services when required or requested.
