Our Approach
At EPC, we take a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on the whole person, rather than just their medications or symptoms. We provide an array of services customized to the needs and preferences of each patient or group of patients we serve. Our team provides highly personalized medication services involving the right care at the right time through the right avenues. Some patients are home-bound and technologically ill-equipped to participate in telehealth visits (or may lack the necessary mental reserve or social support). Such patients are best served via in-home visits from our team. Other patients are more technologically endowed and happy to enjoy visits over the phone or via video calls. Others prefer to see their provider in brick-and-mortar (clinic) settings, so we offer all of these options. We regularly serve as patient advocates, care coordinators, and liaisons between patients and their providers, other health team members, and caregivers to optimize healthcare yields. We tailor care to optimize medication outcomes in a vast array of approaches, hence the concierge model many enjoy.
Our people-centered convictions and approach serve as the foundation for our highly collaborative solutions for patient care and medication access. We work with other members of each patient's healthcare team to ensure open communication and shared goals & objectives.
