Most adults taking multiple medications don't get the opportunity to have an expert review all their medications to assess how well they are working, identify medication risks, and identify opportunities to simplify and improve results.

This session provides a structured, pharmacist-led approach to help you better understand your current medication situation and identify clear next steps.

During this session, we will:

Clarify your health priorities and medication goals 

Review your current medication experience in the context of those goals 

Help you understand how your medications may be affecting how you feel and function 

Identify potential areas of concern or complexity 

Highlight important questions to bring to your physicians 

Outline a clearer path toward improved medication outcomes

This session is especially helpful for:

Adults 65+ taking 5 or more medications 

Individuals seeing multiple physicians or specialists 

Those experiencing dizziness, fatigue, memory concerns, or changes in function 

Families managing medications for aging parents 

Individuals who feel their medications are no longer producing the expected benefit 

Those who feel stuck in a cycle of ongoing symptoms or medication-related concerns

Session Fee: $150 (applied toward your Mine Your Prime™ program if you move forward)
